Pentco thermofoil doors are manufactured using a thin, flexible sheet of PVC vinyl material applied by heat to MDF (medium-density fiberboard). This process creates a smooth, seamless surface.
Thermofoil is Pentco’s newest product line and division. With a wide range of Door Styles & Profiles and a variety of solid colours, woodgrain designs and textures, thermofoil doors allow for a more cost efficient option, without giving up the integrity of your design. The thermofoil product requires minimal care. Thermofoil doors are an ideal choice for closets, bathrooms, offices and kitchens.
